Our story
1999–2001
Diploma in Somatology at Potchefstroom Academy, followed by a further Diploma in Somatology through SAAHSP.
2002–2007
Therapist at Placecol, including a spa career at sea on the Disney Cruise Line, and winning several Therapist of the Year awards.
2007
The entrepreneurial journey begins.
2012
LipoSculpt and MicroSkin are founded.
2013
Co-founded the LipoSlim 3in1 franchise concept.
2021
Slim Skin is co-founded to bring both brands to professionals.
2024
Les Nouvelles Esthétiques South Africa Spa Humanitarian Award, for positive community impact.
2026
Entrepreneurship Award from Potchefstroom Academy, where Hermarie first trained.
